An Introduction to Anatomy in Clay Learning System from Zahourek Systems.
Learn the basics of musculoskeletal anatomy in two to three days by building muscles in clay on a specially designed skeleton called a Maniken® model. (Yes, this is as cool as it sounds!)
This intensive workshop will review the essentials of musculoskeletal anatomy and kinesiology as you build the major muscles used in movement. Once you have built the body from the inside out, you will never feel intimidated by anatomy again!

Expanding Repertoire on the Pilates Springboard
In this workshop you will learn to design a challenging group class including warm-up, core strengthening, upper body and lower body conditioning program, as well as great sports-specific and special population applications on the Pilates Springboard. Some exercises are based on classic Pilates repertoire, and others are original exercises developed especially for the Springboard by Ellie Herman and other faculty members of EHS Pilates. You will learn modifications for mixed level classes as well as gait specific applications for exercises in order to give your clients the tools to take the Pilates work with them into their daily lives.

Fabulous Feet: Building better posture from the ground up

Great for those with bunions, corns, hammer toes etc. and those not ready to give up their Manolo's!
With this workshop, you will learn releases and exercises that strengthen the ankles, arches and toes, common foot problems and corrective protocols. Our feet ground us, providing a dynamic base of support for balance while standing and propel us forward to walk, run and jump. The average active person takes 10,000 steps per day. If each step is misaligned, stress on the joints can cause pain throughout the body. A familiar saying: “If your feet hurt, you hurt all over”.
