   Prerequisites: The EXO chair training program is designed to provide the first step in your Pilates training or to compliment a comprehensive training program. No previous Pilates experience is required. The course includes everything you need to know to get started teaching on the multi purpose EXO chair.

   The new EXO Chair delivers a unique and fun, full-body workout.
   
   Double the chair repertoire with a host of new exercises, and gain a cardio/aerobic workout not possible with any other chair. Great for group classes, personal training sessions and at home, for users of all levels.
