The Pilates Arc is designed for personal training or group exercise. It's a great tool to mobilize the spine, shoulders and hips and supports core, abdominal, lateral rotation and back extension work. Use it as (1) a classic spine corrector, (2) an exercise Arc, and (3) a wedge for any Balanced Body Reformer.

Workshop
Pilates Arc Workshop (4 hours)

Prerequisites: The Pilates Arctraining program is designed to provide the first step in your Pilates training or to complement a comprehensive training program. No previous Pilates experience is required. The course includes everything you need to get started teaching on the Arc.
