Workshop
Pilates Arc Workshop (6 hours)

Prerequisites: The Pilates Arctraining program is designed to provide the first step in your Pilates training or to complement a comprehensive training program. No previous Pilates experience is required. The course includes everything you need to get started teaching on the Arc.
