The Center for Women's Fitness
The Center's Pre/post Natal Pilates Specialist Course trains the Pilates Instructor in more than the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and post partum. We offer a curriculum that embraces both the body and the mind in a holistic program that utilizes the pilates repertory to prepare the body for natural childbirth and to repair the core after the birth. Detailed lectures on the pelvic floor and healing exercises for diastasis recti and C sections are included along with breathing, relaxation and visualization techniques.
