Balanced Body University (BBU) is the education division of Balanced Body Inc, the largest Pilates company in the world.
BBU offers complete Pilates instructor training. Choose between programs offered at one of our Host Sites worldwide, through 'On-Site' courses held at your studio or fitness center, or from one of our many Balanced Body Education Partners.
Our education programs have been designed to meet the needs of today's Pilates professionals. Courses are modular and progresive allowing you to start with a basic mat or reformer training and continue your education as you see fit. After you complete your program, we encourage continuing education through our BBU workshops, our entire Balanced Body Educator network and beyond.

Setting up a Pilates Training On-Site at your Studio or Fitness center is easy. Together, we select a date for your training, then schedule an instructor. We'll even work with you to help market the class.
